In our exquisite restaurant one can enjoy the original and delicious dishes created by our Head Chef Edo Kamping.
Edo´s style of cooking is characterized by a passionate inventiveness; with deceptive ease he combines apparently contradicting flavours. In doing so he does not shy away from using traditional ways of preparing food that finally result in a unique gastronomical signature. Through all his work one lead motive can be found: a successful dish is not only a feast to the eyes and taste buds but also satisfies the internal human being.
Delicious food in an attractive ambiance
The setting by the water is unparalleled; almost every table in our restaurant offers a view over the river. The à la carte menu is varied and offers surprising specialities. The wine list offers a carefully selected range of wines, selected by Ass. Sommelier Femke Otte, not only from the classic wine regions in Europe but also from a number of spectacular wine regions in Australia.

During the months of summer lunches and dinners are served on our sunny terrace set at the waters edge.
Full privacy is an option
In our restaurant the largest table can be set for a group of 12 guests. For groups larger than that one can reserve one of our attractive function rooms.
In our Lavender Room lunches and dinners for groups of up to 16 people can be organized.
In our Amstel Room a maximum of 40 persons can take a seat for lunch or dinner.
