Head Chef Sander Looren de Jong has its base in the French Mediterranean cuisine, with preference given to small regional and organic suppliers. DINER

The classic French cuisine with a twist on one of the most beautiful spots in the Amsterdam region. The pearl of the river Amstel, as restaurant Jagershuis is often called, offers a varied dinner menu and a seasonal a la Carte. Click here for the dinner menu.
